Dear Week 3,
I can really feel and tell that these workouts are getting much harder. I am actually getting a bit worried about how it’s going to progress and how these workouts will be in the future. But I guess it doesn’t help to worry about that now.
Workout 1: Great workout, wow it’s getting much harder though! I know I said that I like planks and wall sits but the lunges are REALLY mean. I think I hate those the most.
Workout 2: I don’t even know how I did this workout. Luckily, it didn’t take me very long as it was an abs training, but wow! This workout made my abs burn so much, I know I am going to feel this workout tomorrow.
Workout 3: Hmmm… I don’t know what to write. I am not really feeling confident that I did all of the movements correctly. I was trying to get the workout done fast and I think I could have done the movements better. I think I need to focus more on form and make sure I do the exercises right rather than fast. I’m not very proud of myself this workout.
Workout 4: Workout was hard, but in a good way! I have really enjoyed challenging myself and having to put all of my physical and mental energy into these workouts. I’m feeling much better this workout than I was in the last workout. It’s so much better when you focus on doing the correct form and taking one movement at a time. I felt like I got so much more out of this workout. All I can say is, BRING IT ON WEEK 4, I am ready for you!
I am really trying to take each workout one by one and challenging them as they come. I keep telling myself, “one exercise after another, just keep going.” Let’s see if these words help me during the next few weeks.
