First Day on Whole30 Was …

Pretty easy!

Don’t get me wrong, I know it’s going to suck soon but I eat fairly clean already. I have, however, been going a little crazy on the cheese and picking more on The Husband’s snacks, so I’m loving this little extra bit of accountability.

I’m also loving the shot of inspiration it’s given me in the kitchen.

Today, I posted the chili I made after my massive grocery shopping the other day.

I also made these amazing chicken meatballs with a fun Buffalo-inspired sauce.

I’m at a point where I can’t keep up with my own cooking again. Tonight I even roasted my first-ever leg of lamb.

It was a great, low-key way to kick off the new year. My food journal is entered. Day 1 is in the books. I’m off to watch a movie with The Husband.
